RARE! Scott Laboratory
Amplifiers
model 265-A mono Power Amps
From the early 1950's in great original cosmetic condition.
These are very clean, no rust, crud or corrosion and all silk
screening is very good condition. I
have just completed an electronic
restoration and they work perfect. These amps are so rare
that there is very little technical information on them. I have
managed to secure and re-master the only published technical bulletin/owners
instructions that I'm
aware of plus a schematic. I will include nice re-mastered
copies with the sale.

Knight AM/FM tube type tuner

From the "Jetsons" era, this nifty little tuner with it's
simplistic 50's modern styling is in great condition has
just been electronically restored.
It not only looks great but works perfectly with excellent
sound, good sensitivity and selectivity. The front metal panel
and knob inserts have a polished "mirrored" finish, the case has
leather look but is painted metal. The dial features a lighted
neon lamp that serves as the dial pointer and power indicator
(it lights up when the tubes have warmed up to their operation
temperature). A well designed and good operating little unit
considering that it was a relatively inexpensive when new. 9
tubes, power transformer chassis. Includes the
original instruction manual.
satisfaction is guaranteed.
I also have the matching amplifier
that is yet to be restored.
