Zenith G660 "Twin-Seven" radio/phono ca: 1949

Here's your chance to own a rather scarce and unusual table top style radio/phono with Zenith's "Cobra Arm" pick-up cartridge. The "Twin-Seven" is an automatic record player/changer designed to play 7" records, either 33-1/3 or 45 RPM.

It's a beauty and a real show-piece, just take a look at that cute little "Cobra" arm. It's all original (sans some replacement capacitors and a tube or 2), exceptionally clean, nothing broken, chipped or missing. The finish is quite decent and has no gouges or deep scratches. You might find a small surface scratch here and there.

From my long tine collection, I restored it more than 30 years ago. The radio still works great but alas, it appears that the rubber on the idler and drive wheels has hardened and the record playing function is no longer working. So for that reason and the fact that I am slowing down and selling off selected items my collection. I don't  have the time or ambition to restore the player mechanism, I am selling it as-is.
